Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from neweditionclothing.com. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Your item must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same one in a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center at https://www.neweditionclothing.com to begin the process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the returns facility as directed in the Returns Center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
